Terms and Conditions - Medical Mall of India

1. Order Processing & Payment Terms

  • All orders placed on the Medical Mall of India website will be processed on a prepaid basis only.
  • In exceptional cases where Cash on Delivery (COD) is required, customers must pay a minimum of 10% of the total order amount or ₹1000/- as a booking amount.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until the full payment or booking amount has been received.

2. Delivery Terms

  • Once an order is booked, the product will undergo a 48-hour testing process to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Following the successful completion of the testing, the product will be dispatched.
  • Delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 working days, depending on the delivery address and courier services.
  • In the case of imported products, the following steps will apply:
    • The first 7 working days will be dedicated to importing the product.
    • The product will then undergo a 2-day testing period.
    • Finally, the dispatch process will begin, and delivery may take up to 15-30 working days.

3. Return and Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds are available under normal circumstances.
  • In the event of a genuine issue with the product, a service charge of 10% of the total order amount + shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • The refund process will be completed within 60-90 working days from the date of approval.
  • Please note that refunds are subject to the outcome of product inspection.

4. Warranty Terms

  • A one-year service warranty is provided for all eligible products. This service will be handled at our main office (headquarters).
  • The cost of shipping the product to and from the service center will be borne by the customer.
  • If any part needs replacement during the warranty period, an additional charge will be applied to the customer.
  • The warranty covers only the main machine. Wires, accessories, and any physical damage are not covered under the warranty and will incur additional charges for repair or replacement.

5. Product Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return portal for product replacements.
  • After the 7-day period, replacement requests will not be accepted.

6. Other Conditions

  • By placing an order, customers agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Medical Mall of India.
  • All services, deliveries, returns, and warranties are subject to availability and the terms outlined above.
  • Medical Mall of India reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be informed of any significant changes through the website.
